Scope of application
The equipment is specially used for repairing the damaged asphalt pavement such as expressway, national provincial road, county and township road, urban road and airport pavement, and etc.

● Low repair costs
TFew auxiliary equipment and tools are used, and no equipment such as cutting machines, generators, and air compressors are needed; meanwhile, the in-situ regeneration of old materials is realized, which reduces costs

5.5kW Honda gasoline generator sets provides stable power supply for the equipment, with less noise and better fuel economy,while the generator sets can output 220V of power for external electrical equipment.

The heating plate is lined with thermal insulation material. During the burning process of the equipment, the equipment shell is kept at normal temperature, which is safe and reliable to use.

The whole machine is lightweight, convenient for transition, regenerated locally, energy saving and environmental protection
● Fast repair speed
The asphalt surface layer to be repaired can be heated to the working temperature of 140-170 → in 10-15 minutes, and the repair work can be completed in 20 minutes
● Emulsified asphalt spraying system
Equipped with 25L emulsified asphalt tank and 10L asphalt cleaning diesel tank. More convenient for construction and cleaning maintenance.
CONSTRUCTION PROCESS
The pits and grooves have been eroded by rain for a long time, which has caused road damage more and more.
Crush the pits and grooves, put the waste asphalt into the equipment for constant temperature heating and regeneration.
Spray emulsified asphalt, regenerate the finished asphalt mixture, pave the pit and flatten it.
Effectively prevent rain erosion for 3-5 years after pavement repair.
